Return Window: All complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Eligible Items: Only mangoes that are visibly damaged or affected upon delivery are eligible for return or refund.
Proof of Damage: A clear video documenting the damaged mangoes must be provided at the time of lodging the complaint.
Submission Method: Complaints, along with video evidence and order details, must be sent via WhatsApp or our official email to initiate the return or refund process.
Payment Terms
Payment Due Date: Payment must be completed within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Invoice Acknowledgment: The buyer must acknowledge receipt of goods by signing the invoice at the time of delivery.
Mode of Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer or any mutually agreed-upon method.
Legal and Liability Considerations
In the event of non-payment, the buyer shall be liable for all legal costs incurred, subject to the laws of the buyer’s state.
The buyer acknowledges that mangoes are a perishable commodity. Immediate pickup from the airport is strongly recommended to prevent spoilage.
The seller shall not be held responsible for any damage resulting from delayed pickup of the shipment.
